The challenge inherent throughout was in maintaining a degree of polish that built trust in those making a significant purchase, while making the brand far more ‘attainable’ than traditional jewelers. We succeeded in this via an embrace of simplicity. This simplicity is evident in the common place language, linear illustrations, and limited color palette used throughout, as well as use of smart and seamless transitions in video elements to convey fluidity and ease.
