For many, cruise ship entertainment starts and stops with all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat. But for the unapologetically cultured and hyper-sentient – and those that hit the food-and-booze wall – there's a world of Broadway caliber entertainment produced and presented in some stunning floating theaters. Royal Caribbean Entertainment has been a client of Battle since the beginning (well shortly after the beginning) – that's almost 20 years and running! For this effort, we were called upon to create the online hub via which they market their shows and make their appeal to potential talent. It’s a scratch design and build that showcases venues and shows for guests, and a tool for prospective talent to view audition calendars and create casting profiles. The result is a platform that looks and works beautifully and is, dare we say it, more than a bit entertaining.
