RCI Anchored in Excellence Video

Overview + Challenge

Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines holds its employees to a high standard; the RCI Gold Anchor standard.  Battle was tasked with developing an internal communications piece that would encourage crewmembers to “Deliver the Wow.” With this video, we not only delivered the Wow, we took it out of the box, assembled it, and then beat the crew over the head with the Wow.
