Battle History 101

It’s hard to believe, but there was life on the planet before blogs and Bieber. Our Boca Raton, Florida headquarters is located on enigmatic East Boca Raton Road – an idyllic, quiet, and strollable mishmash of downtown design and architecture firms that has managed to avoid being bulldozed by developers for decades. Many moons ago, East Boca Raton Road served as Boca’s principal thoroughfare – Main Street, if you will. And several lives ago, Battle’s current home was home to Frank’s Sundries. As you can see from the photo, Frank was not only quite the dandy, he was also the go-to guy for all manner of niceties – from ice cream to home appliances. In that sense, things haven’t changed much since we took over – our sundries are just less tangible and generate more ROI. In any case, we thought you would enjoy this photo – especially those of you who spend time with us here at ye olde brick-and-mortar.
