At Battle we are often sharing cool and inspiring articles that catch our attention. This week we shared a link where eCSSpert had created some really well crafted logos made with pure CSS3 and HTML. An idea which spurred an internal contest to recreate the Battle logo in CSS3 and HTML.

We are very excited about new technologies, and in my case I am very excited about CSS3 and HTML. Mainly because they open a new avenue of possibilities for drawing shapes and even creating animations without the use of plugins.

The CSS3 Battle logo works best on Google Chrome and Safari, looks good on Firefox and obviously in IE… well… not so good (as it’s still a few years behind).
